Refund policy

At YatraTribe, we take pride in creating travel-inspired T-shirts. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

You received a damaged or defective product

You received the wrong size or wrong item

The product has a manufacturing defect

To be eligible for return:

The T-shirt must be unused, unwashed, and unworn

All original tags and packaging must be intact

2. Size Exchange Policy

We understand sizing issues can happen.

One free size exchange is allowed per order.

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

The item must be unused and in original condition.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

The product has been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

The return request is made after 7 days

Items bought during special sale/clearance offers

4. Return Process

To request a return or exchange:

Email us at support@yatratribe.com

Include:

Order Number

Product Name

Reason for return/exchange

Photo of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with further instructions.

5. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

The amount will be refunded to the original payment method

Depending on your bank, it may take 3–7 additional days for the refund to reflect.

6. Replacement Policy

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide:

Free replacement, or

Full refund if replacement is unavailable.

7. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong item or defect), return shipping will be covered by YatraTribe.

For size exchanges, shipping charges may apply.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them or before they are shipped.

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled but may qualify for exchange according to our policy.
